2024 End of summer prize draw

1. The promoter of this end-of-summer prize draw is Yeti Tool Ltd, whose registered office is located at Unit 12 Old Mill Rd, Portishead, Bristol BS20 7BX.
2. The end of summer prize draw is global and open to those who are aged 18 or over, except entrants from Russia, Iran, Afghanistan, Belarus, Burma, Central African Republic, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Democratic People’s Republic of Congo, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe or employees of Yeti Tool Ltd or their affiliated companies, their families, agents, or anyone else directly connected with this competition. 
3. The end-of-summer prize draw starts on 1st of July 2024, at 9am GMT and ends on 1st of September 2024, at 9am GMT. Any entries received after this time and date will not be eligible for the end-of-summer prize draw.
4. By entering this end-of-summer prize draw, the entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. To enter the end-of-summer prize draw, participants must purchase or have purchased any SmartBench in June, July or August 2024. Or currently own a SmartBench and share, like and tag three friends on the specified social media post. They must also follow Yeti Tool on the relevant social media platform.
6. The winner will be announced on the 1st of September 2024 at 2pm GMT via our social media and blog. The winner will be drawn by random selection and will be notified via the email linked to their SmartBench.
7. The prize for the end-of-summer prize draw is a SmartBench Mini PrecisonPro +. There will be 1 winner and that winner will receive the above prize.
8. Shipping costs including duties and taxes for the prize will be covered by Yeti Tool Ltd. Winners will need to provide their full name, delivery address, phone number, voltage specification, current SmartBench serial number and email address to claim their prize.
9. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
10. Meta is not involved in the end-of-summer prize draw in any way. The prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta. Participants agree to release Meta from any and all claims and liabilities arising in connection with the end-of-summer prize draw.
11. Yeti Tool Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the price draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Yeti Tool's control. Any changes to the end-of-summer will be notified to participants as soon as possible by Yeti Tool Ltd.
12. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Yeti Tool Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
14. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.

2024 July flash deal

1. The promoter of this Flash Deal deal is Yeti Tool Ltd, whose registered office is located at Unit 12 Old Mill Rd, Portishead, Bristol BS20 7BX.

The Flash Deal deal is global and open to those who are aged 18 or over, except from Russia, Iran, Afghanistan, Belarus, Burma, Central African Republic, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Democratic People’s Republic of Congo, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe or employees of Yeti Tool Ltd or their affiliated companies, their families, agents, or anyone else directly connected with this competition. 
3. The Flash Deal deal starts on 1st of July 2024, at 9am GMT and ends on 1st of August 2024, at 9am GMT. Any purchases received after this time and date will not be eligible for the Flash Deal deal.
4. The Flash Deal is valid while stocks last.
5. By purchasing a SmartBench, the entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. To receive the deal, participants must purchase any SmartBench in July 2024.
