If your spindle is unusually noisy in operation, you should:
Check the condition of the brushes. Especially the brush wire location. Check that the brushes are still over 9.5 mm long (illustrated here).
Check that the spindle clamp is not over-tightened when loaded into the ZHead.
Check that your cutting tool is still straight - bent tools will cause significant vibration and damage, and should be discarded immediately.
If the symptom persists, please contact customer support by submitting a support ticket with a video of the symptoms.
