This screen will appear if your spindle’s ‘in air’ load is determined to be too high.
You can address this by:
Check that the spindle motor is not over-clamped. If the clamp force is too high, it will reduce the available power of the spindle motor to cut material and accelerate wear on the spindle. Unclamp and re-clamp your Spindle motor, making sure to follow the exact clamping procedure (article here).
Running in your spindle. Spindles that have sat for a while sometimes benefit from running in air for a few minutes.
Confirm your spindle’s rear cover isn’t twisted following this article
Check that your spindle has the correct voltage selected on the console itself more information in this article
If the problem persists, it is possible that your spindle is worn after many hours of use. Contact customer support to arrange refurbishment or replacement.
